Terms and Conditions of Holey Bouquet Delivery

  1. By placing an order with Holey Bouquets, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

  2. Delivery: The bouquet will be delivered to the recipient's specified address during the delivery window of 8:30am - 2pm on the selected day. If the recipient is not available to receive the bouquet at the time of delivery, it will be left at a safe location at the residence unless otherwise instructed at the time of booking. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend using a business address if the recipient is not likely to be home.

  3. Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the bouquet will be returned to Holey Bouquets and will no longer be in suitable condition for delivery. Holey Bouquets reserves the right to dispose of any bouquet that is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address information.

  4. Damage and Loss: Holey Bouquets is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur after the bouquet has been delivered, including but not limited to melting, infestation, and water damage caused by weather conditions.

  5. Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, but will incur a $30 administrative fee. Refunds will be issued less the administrative fee.

  6. Refund/Return Policy: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for bouquets that have been delivered and accepted by the recipient, as perishable goods we can not accept any returns. Holey Bouquets reserve the right to refuse any refund or return request that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
